Meet Echo (they/them), a creative force at Girls & Roses! Passionate about fantasy, medieval themes, and Dungeons & Dragons, Echo brings unique storytelling to every tattoo. When not working, they enjoy rockhounding, birdwatching, and deep conversations about horror films, blending their love for self-expression into each design. ✨

Drew (she/her) Meet Drew, our talented Resident Artist and the first graduate of the Girls & Roses Apprenticeship Program! Specializing in Full Color and Black & Gray Neotraditional tattoos, Drew loves helping people feel confident through her art. Outside of the studio, you’ll find her scuba diving, thrifting, or adding to her taxidermy bug collection. 🌊✨

Meet Stephanie (she/her), Co-Owner and COO of Girls & Roses. With a passion for seamless systems and automation (dark mode lover!), Stephanie makes sure everything runs smoothly for Collectors and Team Members. A former educator and hairstylist, she values personal touches and detail. When she’s not optimizing processes, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying Schitt’s Creek, and sipping iced coffee. 🖤✨
