Step 1. Browse Available Flash

Girls & Roses is a curated tattoo experience, similar to a boutique, but for tattoos. Every design we have is pre-drawn by hand by our artist Ruben. Sign up for our text notifications to be among the first to know when we drop new flash!

Step 2. Pick Your Design

Click on the design you'd like to book. Details such as sizing and availability can be found in the description.

Step 3. Select a Time & Day

Select a date and time when you would like to come in to be tattooed. Pay a 25% deposit using the coupon code "DEPOSIT" when you checkout.

Step 4. Open Your Welcome Packet

We will email you our Digital Welcome Packet with details to make your first visit with us as seamless as possible.

Step 5. Come get your new tattoo!

Generally when you come in Ruben will print out different sizes of each orientation (facing left and right) to be used as size and placement guides for the final stencil to be applied. This is a free service included in every appointment.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Our online booking system is super easy! Simply browse our catalog, click on the design you want to have tattooed, pick a time and day, and pay a 25% deposit using the code DEPOSIT that goes toward the total balance of your tattoo! Easy peasy. Browse our available designs.

  • What happens after I make an appointment?

    We are so looking forward to your appointment! After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email that includes our Digital Welcome Packet with additional information to help make your visit with us as comfortable and seamless as possible. Including: pre-care and tattoo healing instructions, and a link to complete our Client Waiver.

  • When do you update your flash?

    We update our Collection frequently. If you are not already on our text notification list and you would like to be among the first to be notified of our new drops, our text list is just a click away.

  • What does it mean if a design is "Sold Out"?

    A lot of our pieces are generally one-offs, some have limited quantities, and some are Seasonal we will tattoo over and over again until we rotate them out. So when one of our items is "Sold Out" that means that it reached capacity for the number of times we will tattoo it.

  • Where is Girls & Roses located?

    Girls & Roses is located inside the Bindery Annex. Our address is 2117 NE Oregon St Ste 505, Portland, Or 97232. Parking is available in the parking lot or on the street. Our suite number is 505. Click here to access our Google Maps listing.

  • Do you accept credit/debit cards in the Studio?

    Girls & Roses Tattoo Studio happily accepts all major debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, and cash.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    If for any reason you are unable to make it to your appointment, please email Stephanie at prior to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

    Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged a $50 fee.

    No-shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment.

    If you are running behind, please email Stephanie at We do our best to make accommodations, however we may need to reschedule based on availability.

    We are able to reschedule appointments up to 60 days after the original appointment date.

    Re: Ghouls & Roses: We are unable to reschedule Ghouls & Roses Halloween Flash after October.

    Girls & Roses is a curated tattoo experience, similar to a boutique, but for tattoos. We only tattoo our pre-drawn designs. We always try and pay attention to what the people want, but ultimately it depends on Ruben's creative inspiration.

  • Do you do cover ups?

    No, we do not do tattoo cover ups.
