GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I make an appointment?

Booking your exclusive appointment is simple and seamless. Explore our collection of one-of-a-kind designs, select your preferred piece, choose a time and day, and secure your appointment with a 25% retainer using the code 'RETAINER'. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Browse our exclusive designs and begin your journey today.

What happens after I make an appointment?

We’re excited to welcome you to Girls & Roses! Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with our Digital Welcome Packet. This packet contains everything you need for a seamless visit, including pre-care and tattoo healing instructions, as well as a link to complete our Client Waiver. Please ensure your waiver is completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Are there any extra fees?

No hidden fees. The price listed is the total you’ll pay—nothing more.

Where is Girls & Roses located?

Girls & Roses Tattoo Studio is nestled inside the Bindery Annex at 2117 NE Oregon St, Suite 505, Portland, OR 97232. Enter through the Oregon St entrance, just left of Culmination Brewing. Do you accept credit/debit cards in Studio?

Girls & Roses Tattoo Studio accepts all major Debit cards, Credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash for your convenience.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We currently operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention and the highest level of service.

Do you do cover-ups?

At this time, we are not accepting cover-up projects in order to focus on creating original, one-of-a-kind pieces for our Collectors.

Can I bring extra guests to my appointment?

To maintain the intimate and focused atmosphere of the studio, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. Our priority is providing you with the best possible experience, and we appreciate your understanding.

When do you update your Collection?

We regularly update our collections. To be among the first to know when new designs are released, join our text notification list with just a click.

Can I change my mind on what piece I want when I get to my appointment?

Absolutely! As long as time permits and the Artist and the piece is available, you’re welcome to select a different design upon arrival.

What does it mean if a design is "Sold Out"?

Many of our designs are one-of-a-kind or have limited availability. When a design is marked ‘Sold Out,’ it means it has reached the maximum number of times we will tattoo that piece. Some designs may also be seasonal, offered only for a limited time before being rotated out.

What does "black & gray available upon request" mean?

If a design can be tattooed in black and gray, it will be noted in the description. There is no additional charge—just let your artist know upon arrival if you prefer this option.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please contact Stephanie at Stephanie@girlsandrosespdx.com at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to receive store credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

Running Late

If you're running behind, please email Stephanie at Stephanie@girlsandrosespdx.com. While we make an effort to accommodate delays, rescheduling may be necessary based on availability.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 60 days from the original date.
