GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I make an appointment?

Our online booking system is super easy! Simply browse our catalog, click on the design you want to have tattooed, pick a time and day, and pay a 25% non-refundable retainer using the code RETAINER that goes toward the total balance of your tattoo! Easy peasy.Β Browse our available designs.

What happens after I make an appointment?

We are so looking forward to your appointment! After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email that includes our Digital Welcome Packet with additional information to help make your visit with us as comfortable and seamless as possible. Including: pre-care and tattoo healing instructions, and a link to complete our Client Waiver.Β

Where is Girls & Roses located?

Girls & Roses Tattoo Studio is located inside the Bindery Annex. Our address is 2117 NE Oregon St Ste 505, Portland, Or 97232. Our suite number is 505.

Enter through the Oregon St entrance to the left of Culmination Brewing.

Parking is available in the parking lot or on the street.

Do you accept credit/debit cards in Studio?

Girls & Roses Tattoo Studio happily accepts all major Debit cards, Credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, we are by appointment only.

Do you do cover-ups?

Currently, we do not take on cover-up projects.

Do you offer Tattoo Training?

Can I bring extra guests to my appointment?

We wish we could accommodate extra guests, but the Studio is already at its maximum capacity we feel comfortable hosting. Our goal is to provide the absolute best experience possible, and having additional people makes it harder to manage. We appreciate your understanding.

When do you update your flash?

We update our Collections frequently. If you are not already on our text notification list and you would like to be among the first to be notified of our new drops, our text list is just a click away.

Can I change my mind on what piece I want when I get to my appointment?

Absolutely! So long as time allows and it's available.

What does it mean if a design is "Sold Out"?

A lot of our pieces are generally one-offs, some have limited quantities, and some are Seasonal we will tattoo over and over again until we rotate them out. So when one of our items is "Sold Out" that means that it reached capacity for the number of times we will tattoo it.

What does "black & gray available upon request" mean?

If a piece is available to be tattooed in black & gray, it will be noted in the design's description.

There is no extra charge for black & gray. Simply let your artist know when you arrive to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Re: Non-refundable retainers: If for any reason you are unable to make it to your appointment, please email Stephanie at Stephanie@girlsandrosespdx,com prior to 48 hours before your appointment for store credit. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged a $50 fee.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment.

If you are running behind, please email Stephanie at stephanie@girlsandrosespdx.com We do our best to make accommodations, however we may need to reschedule based on availability.

We are able to reschedule appointments up to 60 days after the original appointment date.
