The Seamstress is a council member to the queen and sits on the Torian High Council. Before her mishap, she was, in fact, an ancient seamstress who wove clothing and tapestries for the royal empire. Her gifts were noticed by the Empress, who awarded her a seat on the high council. However, she was attacked in a jealous fit of rage by her lover, upset because of the high mobility bestowed upon The Seamstress. The Empress rescued her and salvaged what they could, and The Seamstress now lives in this machine and serves as the right hand to the empress. She is absolutely imperative in every decision the Empress makes.

The Seamstress is a one-off and will only be tattooed once. No one else will be wearing the same design.
